Cheese making experience in the venice countryside
This will be a practical workshop with hands on in “caciotta” cheese!!! You will learn the different phases of the cheese production, the ingredients and the aging procedure ! At the end on the cheese bar you ll be having a cheese tasting analyzing all the perfumes, the smells and the colors of the best cheeses of the dairy farm that won different kind of prices.
The class will last some 3 hours and is for a minus of 4 people up to 8 people
